Consent to personal data processing

In accordance with European Union Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the User chooses to submit his personal information to RADICO TECHNOLOGIES ENTREPRISE, société par actions simplifiée (address: 1140 RUE AMPERE 13290 AIX-EN-PROVENCE, SIREN 843268574, Numéro TVA FR47843268574, Numéro RCS Aix-en-Provence B 843 268 574), and gives his informed consent to its collection, processing, storage, use and transfer for the following purpose:

• Client support;
• Receipt by the User of technical and commercial offers and information about products and services provided.

Personal data means any personally identifying information, such as:

• Full name
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Home address

The User’s personal data is stored on electronic media only and processed by the use of automated systems, except in cases where manual processing of personal data is necessary due to the implementation of legal requirements

The company undertakes not to transfer the received personal data to any third party, except in cases of providing information at the request of competent public authorities of the Russian Federation under Russian Federation statutory provision.

Specified consent remains valid for an indefinite period and may be withdrawn by the User on the basis of a written application.
